The challenge
MongoDB wanted a meaningful way to help employees understand its six core values by giving people real context and practical examples they could relate to in daily work. The learning needed to feel authentic, reflect MongoDB’s culture and support consistent understanding across a global audience.
Our approach
We partnered with MongoDB’s learning and subject matter experts to shape a suite of interactive modules, with each module exploring one core value through decision points, workplace scenarios and reflective moments that encourage learners to consider how they would respond in real situations. A simulated internal communication environment, inspired by everyday team messaging platforms, was created to give the experience a familiar and realistic feel. All content was aligned to MongoDB’s brand and built using custom eLearning development principles to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
