The challenge
With more than 14,000 employees across multiple regions, Turner & Townsend needed a consistent way to embed their global Code of Conduct and approach to business integrity. They wanted training that went beyond compliance, helping people recognise risks such as bribery, conflicts of interest and data privacy while strengthening a culture of transparency and trust.
The key challenge was reaching every employee, in every location, with clear and engaging learning that felt relevant regardless of role or region.
Our approach
We partnered with Turner & Townsend’s compliance and learning teams to design two interactive digital learning programmes, one introducing the global Code of Conduct and another focusing on business integrity.
Both programmes were built to be mobile-ready so employees could complete training at work, at home or on the move. We used scenario-based interactions, storytelling and visual design to make abstract topics concrete, helping people see what acting with integrity looks like in real situations. Each module was structured for clarity, easy navigation and consistent messaging across the global workforce.
